What changed
OpenAI's pricing page now leads with GPT-6. Pro is no longer two tiers.

Pro is billed monthly. Go, Plus, and Pro do not offer annual billing.
The $8 Go price is the US price from OpenAI's Go launch post. The current Go help article points at the pricing page instead of repeating the dollar amount, and that page did not expose prices as text. Plus at $20 and the three Pro prices are stated on current OpenAI Help Center articles.
What this means for you
Plus is still the standard $20 plan. The new spend is at the top: Pro 500 is the only way to get Ultrafast on GPT-6 Astra and GPT-6.1 Sol.
Existing Pro 200 subscribers who were active from September 22 through 10 a.m. Pacific on September 29, 2026 keep the previous allowance through October 29, 2026. The price stays $200.
