Cursor Pricing Now Lists X Subscription Tiers, Not Pro at $20
Pro $20/mo, Pro+ $60/mo, Ultra $200/mo; Teams $40/user
Plus $8, Premium $30, Super $100, Ultra $200. Teams from $30/user. Old plans continue for current subscribers.
What changed
We checked cursor.com/pricing directly. It no longer lists Pro at $20, Pro+ at $60, or a credit pool equal to the plan price. It lists the same X Subscription tiers as Grok:
| Plan | Monthly | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Plus | $8 | Grok models only |
| Premium | $30 | Cursor Pro benefits, cloud agents, third-party models at API list price |
| Super | $100 | 15x Plus usage |
| Ultra | $200 | 50x Plus usage |
Annual prices on the xAI docs are $80, $300, $1,000, and $2,000. Teams start at $30 per user. Third-party model usage is not included in the monthly price.
xAI's docs say existing Cursor plans continue unless you change or cancel them. New self-serve customers get The X Subscription.
What this means for you
The comparable plan moved from $20 to $30, not to $8. Plus is a new light tier. We list Premium as Cursor's starting price so it lines up with the old Pro plan, and we spell out the $8 tier in the billing notes.
Copilot at $10 is still cheaper than Cursor Premium. Cursor Plus at $8 is cheaper than Copilot only if Grok models are enough for you.
