What changed
GitHub now lists a Max plan at $100/mo for "sustained, high-volume agent workflows". It includes $200 in monthly credits and priority access to new models. We spotted it in our September 27 re-check.

What this means for you
Most developers are still best served by Pro at $10. Max competes with Cursor Ultra ($200) and Claude Max ($100) for people running coding agents all day, and at half the price of Cursor's top tier.
